Jolene Tollenaar has over twelve years of professional consulting experience in mandated cost accounting. She has worked with cities, counties, school districts, community colleges, county offices of education, charter schools and joint powers authorities on cost accounting and state mandated cost claiming projects during her twelve year consulting tenure. Ms. Tollenaar has managed projects for over 150 Local Education Agencies, and headed a team of 6 consultants who provided mandated cost accounting services for Los Angeles Unified School District for three years. She has recently managed projects for the counties of Yuba and Yolo, as well as supervising analyst staff handling counties mandate data processing and daily jail rate reporting. Ms. Tollenaar also initiated the first multi-programmatic time study for the Mt.Diablo UnifiedSchool District and co-authored the time study used in Yolo County's Animal Services Department to collect mandated cost claiming data.
