Mr. Forrer's experience includes a wide range of activities including serving as an audit principal, legislative liaison, contracts manager, and chief information officer. He has testified before the California Legislature on audit issues; analyzed legislative audit requests; and identified, analyzed, and tracked legislation affecting the California State Auditor.
