Mr. Parish has performed cost of service studies for government clients since 1990. He has a background in local government consulting focusing on cost of service identification and calculation and indirect cost identification and calculation issues. He is one of the fields most experienced consultants preparing and submitting indirect cost rates for review, audit and approval. Prior to joining PRM/MGT, Mr. Parish was a Senior Manager at Maximus Inc. and David M. Griffith and Associates, Ltd. (DMG). His background includes projects for cities, counties and state agencies in eleven states.
