Ms. Jones specializes in the development of cost allocation plans for cities, counties, and state agencies. She has staffed and managed over a thousand cost allocation plans and costing engagements over more than 27 years. Prior to joining PRM/MGT, Ms. Jones was a senior manager at MAXIMUS, Inc., DMG-MAXIMUS, and David M. Griffith and Associates, Ltd. (DMG). Ms. Jones has managed projects for numerous cities and counties in North Carolina. Her project sucesses also include North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and Department of Administration, and has assisted in the preparation of the North Carolina Statewide cost plan and the North Carolina Department of Justice Plan.
