Reading First Evaluations
MGT has been at the forefront of educational improvement by assisting state education agencies in evaluating their federal reading grants. Since 1999, MGT has evaluated 10 statewide Reading First and Reading Excellence Act programs in eight states. As the nation's number one evaluator of statewide reading programs, we have developed an extensive methodology for evaluating the implementation and impact of statewide reading programs using a Web-based data collection system.
