CCLC Evaluations

21st Century Community Learning Center Projects (21st CCLC) provide after school and summer activities to help students, particularly students attending low-performing schools, to meet state and local student achievement standards.

Our staff have been educators, administrators, and managers of PK-12 systems, so they understand the intense demands for continuous quality improvement in the education environment today.

MGT has developed a Web-based data collection system for grantees to use. The data collection system includes four data submission modules and one reporting module:

  • Site Profile
  • Program Enrollment
  • Weekly Activity Report
  • Reports (Data Submission)
  • View Reports

With readily accessible information, program monitoring and program evaluation will be easier than ever. Some of the benefits of using Web-based data collection include:

  • Easy tool for attendance records.
  • Activity records generated from attendance data.
  • Continous monitoring.
  • Linked database.
  • Produces monthly and annual reports.
  • Easy to use.
