MGT provides services to campus leaders in determining the feasibility of potential new program offerings. Additionally, MGT assists state higher education boards in reviewing proposals for new degree programs that have been submitted by colleges and universities.
In either situation, our services may include:
- determining the level of enrollment demand from potential students in the program;
- identifying existing institutional and community resources that can be deployed to strengthen the program;
- assessing the impact on similar programs at nearby institutions;
- developing pro forma financial statements; and
- determining the types of facilities that will be required for a quality program.
