Facilities Planning and Analysis
Facilities use and development is one of the most pressing concerns of correctional or jail system administrators. MGT focuses on the total cost of the facility, both capital and operating. A facility’s design may be rather inexpensive to build, but the costs associated with staffing the facility, for example, might be outrageous. MGT also reviews the adjacency of activities and functions in order to provide optimum service while minimizing costs and improving staff and offender safety.
