Analyst

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support staff in assigned project- based work
- Support staff in responding to RFPs, RFQs, etc.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, including extensive use of Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and scanning.
- Maintain electronic filing system.
- Perform internet research, as needed
- Answer telephones, as needed
- Obtains and compiles information or data for specific projects as directed.
- Prepares and delivers analyses of information or data for specific projects as directed.
- Collects information and data from online searches as directed.
- Travels on-site as member of project team.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Four-year college degree
- 2-4 years experience in similar work environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including excellent editing skills
- Ability to type 50 + WPM
- Willingness and ability to learn new software applications.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent attention to details and awareness of anomalies
- Awareness of when to ask for support, more information, or direction
