Ms. Stepina-Robison has over 25 years of experience in higher education administration, including policy analysis, organizational and management assessment, state and federal government relations, public affairs, marketing and human resources management. She has served in the highest levels of education administration and has completed over 100 client engagements for MGT. She has directed all aspects of human resource management, including classification and compensation, executive recruitment and selection, collective bargaining and labor relations, and has conducted numerous institutional research projects. Ms. Stepina-Robison is author of MGT's comprehensive Institutional Performance Review Guide for Higher Education©, and MGT's Revenue Enhancement Assessment Program (REAP). She has appeared on numerous national, regional, and statewide higher education program agendas.
