MGT to Develop Comprehensive Housing Plan for U of Akron
MGT placed the winning bid to conduct Phase I of a Comprehensive Plan for Student Housing for The University of Akron.
MGT's review will include an analysis of enrollment and housing data trends, on-campus focus groups and interviews, an on-line student survey, local off-campus housing market and peer institution analyses, an assessment of existing services, programs, and amenities and the development of market demand estimates for student housing.
