MGT to Complete a Compensation Study and Recommended Plan for Texas A&M University - Kingsville

MGT submitted the winning proposal to complete a Compensation Study for TAMU-K.

Texas A&M-Kingsville contracted with MGT to create a comprehensive classification and compensation system for its non-faculty employees. The study, directed by MGT Partner Nancy Stepina-Robison, is to assist TAMU-K in creating a compensation philosophy linked to its mission and strategic plan and identifying strategies, both short- and long-term, to achieve a competitive position in the relevant labor markets.
