MGT Completes Human Resources Consulting Services for Georgia Southern University

MGT develops a Classification and Compensation Program for non-faculty positions at Georgia Southern University.

 

The project, directed by MGT Partner Nancy Stepina-Robison, included an analysis of existing employee jobs, preparing job descriptions, collecting information to support classification and market comparisons of jobs, designing a salary grade structure to reflect the appropriate market identity and position, and developing recommendations for the continued management of the plan.
