| Travis County (Austin), TX Job Evaluation and Compensation Study |
MGT assessed the compensation for peace officers in TravisCounty. MGT conducted a job evaluation and analysis for all job classifications, as well as a market survey of the surrounding labor market to gather wage and salary information. As a result, the county's compensation study reflected both internal and external equity. |
| South Carolina Department of Public Safety Compensation Equity Analysis |
The South Carolina Department of Public Safety hired MGT to conduct an overall compensation analysis, to review for inequities within and across classes, and to identify possible corrective action. MGT staff members utilized OFCCP standards as well as MGT's own methodology to determine if inequities were present, and provided a report that made position specific recommendations based on race and gender. |
| Pinellas Park, FL Human Resources Study |
The municipal police in Pinellas Park, near TampaBay, were concerned with a range of human resources issues in their department. MGT looked at the department’s hiring policies, assignment procedures, and promotion practices to give officials a clear assessment of their personnel system. Then, we provided specific recommendations for making that system more efficient and effective. |
| Palm Harbor, FL Salary and Benefits Survey |
The Palm Harbor Special Fire Control and Rescue District retained MGT to conduct a salary and benefits survey for both union and non-union classifications in order to address external equity. The study included creating a salary and benefits survey instrument, as well as compiling and analyzing the results. The results were used to determine the new collective bargaining agreement |
| Bonita Springs, FL Compensation and Classification Study |
MGT conducted a compensation and classification study for the Bonita Springs Fire Control and Rescue District. The study included 81 employees in 15 job classifications. MGT also conducted a pay and benefits comparison of comparable fire districts throughout the State of Florida. |
