Maryland Bridge to Excellence Program Evaluation

Maryland’s General Assembly enacted the Bridge to Excellence in Public Schools Act (BTE), which restructured Maryland’s public school finance system and increased State Aid to public schools by an estimated $1.3 billion over six fiscal years. County Information Technology Internal Service Fund Study and Comparison County Survey

The Auditor-Controller of Monterey County, California contracted MGT to conduct an internal service fund study of its information technology (IT) functions.
