Ms. Carol Perrin joined MGT in 2001 and presently assists in coordinating administrative functions for the Sacramento MGT office. Ms. Perrin has applied her administrative and organizational skills on a variety of projects including client contract procedures, client invoice processing, editing and assuring quality control of office documents, report preparation, file data management, and diverse research assignments.
Prior to joining MGT, Ms. Perrin worked at the California Legislative Analyst’s Office for 28 years where she analyzed and implemented human resource research projects. Many of these projects involved supervising staff in the development of policies and procedures for the Family Medical Leave Act, parental leave policies, Workers’ Compensation Program, state and federal compliance for employee benefits, travel, and general office bylaws.
In addition, Ms. Perrin oversaw the development of several payroll, accounting, and employee time accrual systems while focusing her organizational skills in the areas of accounts receivable and payable, contract processes, tax return preparation, and audit preparation.
