Requirements

  • Ph.D., Ed.D., or Masters in pk-12 education with a proven record of success in turning around low performing schools.
  • Five years or more post-graduate experience as a leader in a school and/or district.
  • Experience managing projects including management of staff, timelines, budgets, and production of high quality documents and reports.
  • Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Extensive travel.
  • Present findings from projects written and orally to a wide range of audiences including, funding agency personnel, practitioners, policy makers, community members, and other stakeholders.
