Analyst/Senior Analyst

Below are the required and preferred qualifications for this position.
Requirements
- Rigorous design and analysis expertise including experimental and quasi-experimental design, regression discontinuity design and analysis, univariate and multivariate statistics, multi-level modeling, and other statistical techniques commonly used in social sciences research, particularly education.
- Present findings from projects written and orally to a wide range of audiences including, funding agency personnel, practitioners, policy makers, community members, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in writing quality, data-driven proposals (marketing) and reports for Pk-12 and Program Evaluation aligned with rigorous standards in social science research.
- Expertise with SPSS, Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar data management and analysis tools/packages.
- Experience in creating, administering, and analyzing surveys.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel as needed.
- Willing to work flexible hours as needed.
Preferred
- M.A., Ph.D., or Ed.D. in statistics or related area.
- Experience working collaboratively with federal, state, and/or local agencies on research and evaluation projects. Preference will be given to the candidate who can demonstrate work experience in pk-12 schools, school districts, and/or state departments of education.
- Post-graduate experience.
- Record of producing professional reports and publications.
- Presentations at professional conferences or other outlets.
