As Director of Human Resources, Jennifer handles a wide variety of MGT human resource requirements. Having been with MGT for the past 8 years, she handles all policy, procedures, and compliance with HR related activities. She had developed and maintains annual staff evaluation tools, policies, and documentation. She administers the company wide benefit program and is responsible for all HR matters related to acquisitions and opening of new office locations. She received her B.S. in Human Resource Management from Florida State University.
