47 New Fee Services worth $15.8 Million Identified as Result of MGT Study

The County of Los Angeles, California Environmental Health Division is responsible for performing regulatory activities related to food, housing, water, liquid and solid waste, and vector management. The County pays for this Division almost exclusively from fees collected from residents. Because of the importance to the community, officials needed to be sure the appropriate fees and methodologies were being implemented so that the program could continue to provide its much needed services. MGT of America Recommendations Result Additional $1 Million Annually for Multiple Virginia School Divisions

The Virginia Department of Planning and Budget

The Commonwealth of Virginia established a school efficiency review process with the stated purpose to make certain that non-instructional functions were running efficiently so that as much funding as possible was going directly into classrooms. The process was implemented to identify potential savings that can be accrued through the application of best practices and industry standards. During the course of these reviews, MGT professionals compared operations of Virginia school divisions with best practices and industry standards using our copyrighted database.
